On Friday, me, Ross and Justus met Wade and Ann for a long lunch on our way to Soddy Daisy for the weekend. We had a great lunch catching up on the last few weeks and making plans for the weeks to come. It looks like they are going to come to Lynn's birthday party next week which is great! Hopefully Lynn will feel like he has "grandparents" at his party plus we need some help with Justus while we are playing Laser Tag. Lynn will be turning 12 on March 13th.
After lunch, we headed to Soddy to meet up with my parents and my siblings and their families. It was a fun weekend! We celebrated my niece, Madysun's 7th birthd
ay and saw my brother's fiance's(Courtney) ring for the first time. There was lots of wedding talk as the date is now set for July 19th. Sunday after church we went to "The Cookie Jar" in Dunlap, TN. This is the neatest little restaurant in the middle of nowhere and I love it! There's lots of land for the kids to run around along with a playground and animals to pet if you come in the summer. It was the perfect setting for a perfect day. Justus LOVED spending time with his cousins on the playground and at lunch as he ate and ate and ate...loving Rhonda and Spencer's chocolate pie before lunch the best. He kept handing them the spoon saying "pees, pees" (please, please). Thanks for such a special weekend Ann, Wade, Lena, Gary, Jeremy, Rhonda, Jake, Spencer, Caroline, Andy, Courtney, Drake, Mady, Kaitlin, Mark, Val, and Savanna! We love you guys.
